Some of our members decide to join after attending one of our programs, others stumble upon us online, still more hear about us through friends, families or other organizations.

It seems that all of our members are looking for a chance to connect or re-connect with their heritage, and to join a community of others with a similar interest.

Through varied programs, through our newsletter, our mentoring opportunities, our network, and through our efforts to promote positive Italian American female role models, NOIAW creates a community wherein generations of Italian American Women benefit from the experience and friendship of its members.

Yearly membership dues include a subscription to our quarterly newsletter, as well as a discounted rate for our trips to Italy and sometimes reduced or free admission to our programs and members-only events. The dues are an important source of income for the organization, helping to make our programming possible.
