25 Sep Sprezzatura at Public Kitchen & Bar (RI) on October 26
Celebrate Italian Heritage Month in style with sprezzatura! Enjoy a welcome cocktail and dinner featuring delicious dishes from Sicily.
Sprezzatura is an Italian term for an effortless elegance, especially as a characteristic, quality or style of art or literature. It dates back to prominent Renaissance author Baldassare Castiglione’s The Book of the Courtier in which sprezzatura was said to be essential to becoming the ideal courtier.
The selection of dishes and the event name were inspired by the New York Times article, “When in Rome, Learn to Cook Italian“.
Gentlemen always welcome.
