Catherine Anderson is a Principal for Human Resources Solutions at CMA Consultants. A graduate of Queens College with a degree in Business Administration, Catherine has almost 30 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She has been trained by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Learning and Development Programs, and the American Management Association. Catherine is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Human Resources Association of New York/SHRM Long Island Chapter, and Hotel Industry Compensation Survey Group/Mercer. 

Rose PaleRose Palermormo has been a Partner at Cheatham, Palermo & Garrett since she began the practice with her husband in 1973. She primarily handles domestic relations cases and at times acts as a Special Judge for several Circuit Court Judges in Davidson County. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. She is currently a member of the Nashville Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Foundation, the Williamson County Bar Association, the John Marshall Inns of Court, and the Tennessee Bar Association.

A physician and pharmaceutical executive, Joanne is also the mother of two sons, Robert and Michael Moore. She has been married for 30 wonderful years to Russell Moore and lives in Litchfield County, CT. Her passions include cooking, wine, theater, charities, and master swimming.
