On Sunday, January 10, 2016 NOIAW’s Rhode Island Region gathered for an Epiphany Celebration honoring Three Wise Women at Providence Art Club. The Three Wise Women honored that morning were Renée Evangelista, Esq., Partner, Howland Evangelista Kohlenberg Burnett LLP; Dale Venturini, President/CEO, RI Hospitality Association, RI Hospitality Education Foundation, Hospitality Training Academy; and Rita Esposito Watson, Journalist and Educator.

Guests were welcomed by Rhode Island Region President Anne Marie D’Attelo and NOIAW National Board Chair Maria Tamburri. We were fortunate to have some of our Rhode Island Region Council members and former honorees in attendance.

Former NOIAW Wise Woman Honoree and current Rhode Island Council Member Nicole Romano presented an award to Renée Evangelista. Nicole is a jewelry designer and is Founder, Creative Director and President of Nicole Romano, Inc.

Rhode Island Council Member and Food Entrepreneur Daniela Mansella, founder of Bella Piccolina, presented an award to Dale Venturini. This was especially meaningful since Daniela was a former student of Dale’s at Hope & Main, Rhode Island’s first ever food incubator.

As always, it was a beautiful event. A group of lucky winners walked home with a fantastic set of silent auction prizes!

A big thank you to all those who supported this event!
